NoogaSystems – Terms & Conditions:

PROCESSING ORDERS:  Orders placed before 12 noon eastern time, either online or by phone, will be processed for shipping the same day in the evening.  Orders placed after 12 noon eastern time, either online or by phone, will be processed for shipping on the next business day morning.  Orders placed by email, or after normal business hours or on weekends, please allow up to 12-24 business hours to process for shipping.

FREE LOCAL PICKUP:  Local Chattanooga, TN residents have the option for local pickup at the UPS Store @ 2288 Gunbarrel Road, Chattanooga, TN 37421 and must select this option on the checkout form before purchasing.  Otherwise packages will be shipped to the shipping address on file listed in the shopping cart/checkout form with the shipping method selected.

SHIPPING:  For non Chattanooga residents, there are four (4) shipping options to choose from:  (1) Free shipping via standard ground shipping (6 days or less) as long as special stipulations/requirements are met.  (2) Free shipping via priority shipping (3 days or less) as long as special stipulations/requirements are met.  (3) Priority shipping fees may apply via shipping priority (3 days or less) if selected products do not allow for promotional free priority shipping.  (4) Priority shipping express fees or next day air charges will apply if customer chooses to get products sooner and selects to ship with these options (2 days or less).  All shipping durations explained within this section are not guaranteed during acts of nature, bad weather conditions or during holidays.  NoogaSystems will not be held responsible for late packages caused by acts of nature, bad weather conditions or shipments during the holidays.

SALES TAX:  Sales tax will be charged for all orders/purchases that are made by Tennessee residents.  No sales tax will be charged for orders/purchased by out of state residents.

COUPON CODES:  Coupon codes must be legit and within expiration dates to be allowed as discounts on all orders/purchases.  Special stipulations (like minimum dollar amount on total purchases) may apply to coupon codes before the discounts can be applied.  Some select items already on sale may not be included with coupon discounts.  For first time / new customers, the coupon discount may only be used once for the first purchase. Some codes may be allowed with free shipping.

PRODUCT RETURNS:  Any product or products that are returned for any reason other than damage and defect will require a 18% restocking fee.  Return shipping fees may also apply for some select products that are returned without damage or defect.

MY ACCOUNT:  For customers that register for a new account on the NoogaSystems.com storefront will also include registration for the same account for NoogaNerds.com online technical support.  So only one registration is required for an account with both NoogaSystems.com and NoogaNerds.com.  However, a second and separate account registration will be required on NoogaWeb due to its storefront using a different platform and different site for online web services.

NOOGANERDS ONLINE TECHNICAL SUPPORT OR VOICE CHATTING:  Before you can start an online live chat session or perform voice chat (888-797-5755) for the best services in technical support, a 15 minute prepaid minimum will be required.  If you are not registered, you will first have to register for a new account to sign in for making a prepaid purchase.  This will also allow us to verify that you have prepaid and that you are a legitimate customer.  Once you have purchased your selected technical support, you can now proceed to NoogaNerds.com and click on services to open the online chat window or call the (888-797-5755) for voice chat.  You will be required to provide your technical support order number.

SALES SUPPORT:  For any questions concerning your NoogaSystems order, shipping or questions pertaining to product specifications, please contact sales@noogasystems.com or 888-797-5755 and include your order number.  For questions pertaining to NoogWeb orders, please contact 480-624-2500 and include your customer account number.  Your customer account number will have to be created on NoogaWeb.com and is not the same as your account for NoogaSystems.com due it using a different platform.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT:  For customers needing technical support or assistance related to their NoogaSystems products, please contact support@noogasystems.com or 888-797-5755 and include your order number.  For questions pertaining to NoogWeb orders, please contact 480-624-2500 and include your customer account number.  Customer account numbers are assigned after creating an account on NoogaWeb.com and is not the same as your account for NoogaSystems.com due it using a different platform.

WARRANTIES: All products come with a warranty period stated within the product description. During this warranty period, all products include free technical support from NoogaSystems.  Additional warranty options are offered by NoogSystems for additional amount. Purchasing a NoogaSystems 2 Year Warranty will include a 2 year warranty period plus the original product warranty period. For example, if a product is sold with a 1 year warranty period and a 2 year warranty is purchased from NoogaSystems, then the total warranty period will be 3 years. Additional warranties must be purchased within 30 days of purchasing products. During the total warranty period, free technical support is included. If the warranty has expired, free technical support may not be included.
